Heading out to the football game? 🏈Stop off at the West VFW Post 4819 for dinner. 🍔🧋Dine in or order to go. We will be serving our regular menu. Tonight‘s desserts include coconut meringue pie, German chocolate cake, buttermilk cheesecake and fresh pear crumble. (Pears donated by Amy Hutyra)

Liver and onions is back on the menu for this evening. We also have garden fresh stewed okra in addition to our regular menu. Desserts served by the slice will be coconut meringue pie, lemon meringue pie and Hawaiian delight pie. We have 2 whole pecan pies $25 each and a whole coconut pie $20.

Back-to-School Reminder: The district's thirteen buses will be on the move this Thursday, August 13, 2026, beginning at 6:15 AM and again at 3:30 PM. Please be on the lookout for the yellow and red flashing lights and stop signs at each bus stop. For the first day of school, please expect increased traffic, remember to observe school zones, drive carefully, and allow extra travel time. Stay safe!
