Updated: Great news after more research our products fall out side the Recall and are safe.
of an abundance of caution, we where notified by our supplier tonight that there was a possibility of Listeria contamination with the Biscuits we use. We are notifying anyone who may have consumed these biscuits so they can take appropriate precautions.
If you have recently eaten biscuits served at the VFW, please be aware of this potential exposure.
Listeria can cause serious illness, particularly in pregnant women, older adults, and individuals with weakened immune systems. If you believe you may have been exposed and develop symptoms or have concerns, please contact your healthcare provider.
We are taking this matter seriously and are working to determine the extent of the potential issue. We will provide additional information as it becomes available.
