Finally made it out to Cafe Silvestre, and wow... it absolutely lives up to the hype! 🔥
Putting this right at a solid 9/10 on my all-time Mexican food rankings. The enchiladas are completely smothered in the best way possible—perfectly rich sauce, dynamic flavors, and that homemade touch you just can't fake. Even the rice and beans are top-tier.
If you haven't been here yet, you are seriously missing out. 100% worth the trip! Who has a favorite here?
