What I love about art travel journaling: this drawing captures a whole story! One of our couples was delayed because their TGV train HIT A COW! All the rest of us could do was to wait patiently- wine really helps with patience 😉
The story ended happily- except from the cow’s viewpoint- our guests arrived just a few hours late and were serenaded with a chorus of “Cow killers of France”

Today I’m bravely sharing a little behind the scenes peek at my studio. This is what it looks like before an open studio! Work in progress, materials and supplies everywhere, and pure creative energy driving the bus! “Neat and Tidy” is hanging out somewhere in the back of the bus. 🚌 They’re keeping “Self Doubt” and “Procrastination” company. The last two can stay back there, but later on this week I’m really gonna need N&T to step back up!! 😆
