Introducing our newest steak feature: the Black Garlic-Aged New York Strip. 🥩
Starting with a whole New York striploin from Chatel Farms, each cut is coated in a house-made black garlic and herb paste, then dry-aged for 28 days before being hand-cut into individual steaks. The result is a deeply savory, intensely beef-forward experience with rich flavor and subtle notes of black garlic throughout.
