Hi Facebook friends, just a quick update
We are working to figure out how to safely open our dining room. I don’t expect we will do so any time soon, as our air conditioners would blow air from one group of unmasked diners to the next, and to our staff. Safety is our first responsibility. Also, please understand if you call for takeout, we may tell you we have suspended service and ask that you call back in 15-20 minutes. We do this to keep the flow of orders from overwhelming the kitchen, which leads to a reduction of quality, and unacceptably long waits for orders. We are trying not to make promises we can’t fulfill. We want to make sure every meal that Does get ordered, is executed to our best standards. Please know that my line cooks and I are working at our fastest speed, often for 12-13 hours non stop and we are doing it while wearing our masks..... 😷. We hate to turn away orders, but we hate to disappoint our customers by falling short on our standards more
