Meats- smoked brisket, St. Louis ribs, brisket sausage, pulled BBQ pork

Sides- BBQ bean, baked mac & cheese, Cole slaw, grilled asparagus, fries

Choice of any two meats & choice of two sides.
Every meal comes w/ honey corn muffin & blueberry honey butter.

Come One, Come All!!!

The Burgess would like to formally invite you to our 2 year anniversary! A show of gratitude for your constant support of us in our first two laps around the sun. We are blessed to have this community back us as we built our foundation, and can’t wait to watch it grow as we continue on our journey.

Enjoy some fine cooking, refreshing beverages, and live music as we celebrate our successes thus far and welcome in the next chapter!

Pork Ribs

Fall off the bone ribs, a perfect warm weather dish. Available as a whole rack or half. Made with our homemade “sticky” sauce and topped with toasted sesame. Accompanied by a spicy cucumber salad. This dish is available for lunch & dinner.

Baja Fish Tacos

Light, fresh and crispy. Our Baja fish tacos are truly a perfect warm weather meal. Lightly fried cod with avocado, pico de gallo, cabbage, and a drizzle of chipotle crema. Served with a side of our house-made tortilla chips and salsa verde. This dish has already made its mark and may be here to stay! Pair it was a margarita and a seat on the patio and life won’t get much better. 🌮

A true crowd favorite. What better than house-made dumplings tossed in rich cheese sauce? A perfect meal for any season, now on our summer menu! Topped with tender short rib and toasted bread crumbs, all baked in a skillet to bubbling perfection.

Congratulations to our friends for receiving the silver medal at the World Beer Cup for their Crisp Lager. Crisp’s redheaded sister Crisp Amber is one of the very few beer we keep on tap year round. Always a 22oz pour, always $4. Cheers!
