The Biffy Special! RIP Chris “Biffy” Olson…. For those who know we lost a 4th Base friend last week and this was his go to during his last few visits. 8oz Butterflied charbroiled sirloin loaded up with choice of mushrooms onions and peppers on a toasted bun. Bottom has the cheese to help save the bun!
