During our Farewell party we will be conducting a small auction and a large 50/50 raffle. The auction will have some Westside centerpieces such as the Christmas Story leg lamp, the baby grand piano(that will need a new fuse) and the big big picture of the gangsta's. Please bring cash as the atm has already been removed. The 50/50 raffle will be 20.00 per ticket with arm length/wing span discount available also..we will announce all winners about 11pm or as soon thereafter. You do not need to be present to win but you will need to be present to participate and if you win something it needs to be picked up no later than 9/12 by 7pm. Oh and Tommy Martino will be behind the bar satisfying you however he may satisfy you...

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 11, 2026 will be your last chance to ever patronize Westside Sports Bar & Lounge.

I hope that this business has made some type of positive impact in your lives as we see it. As the owner of the establishment, I have seen many faces come and go. Unfortunately, some of those faces left to be with a higher power, or in the alternative, a lower power. In the same regard, and on numerous occasions, we have had guests meet their significant other, to whom they are now married to, we have had proposals, countless birthday parties, many limo trips to wherever, and our CHRISTMAS parties will forever speak for themselves. I have been blessed with great staff, to whom I intend to remain in meaningful contact with, as well as some of the nicest people I have been blessed to interact with on a daily basis that kept the doors open to the establishment. You guys are the real MVP's. This business offered me the opportunity to meet my significant other, who has since blessed me with two beautiful children, a path that would have likely not have been crossed less the existence of the bar.

I thank you all for everything and am asking for your support,.one more time, for this final night of one the most controversial bars in the United States as we know it, Westside!

Happy Birthday Tommy Martino!!! Tommy is working today from 12-7pm, go on in and show him some birthday love. Since he has respectfully declined to wear his Birthday sash, ask him for the stapler and pop some $$ right on his shirt! Otherwise, he likes golf and crazy woman. Hope everyone has a great week.

We are going to have a great weekend at Westside! We invite you to be a part of it! Daytime with Brittany Cannon and Deejay Adams birthday celebrations this evening with Wizard karaoke hosted by Harley Lynn tonight. Hope to see everyone there. Oh and if you have an open tab now is a great time to come pay it.

Due to unforeseen and unfortunate circumstances, Westside Sports Bar & Lounge is tentatively scheduled to close its doors on September 11, 2026.

I’d personally like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to all of our guests who became friends, friends who became family, and family who will remain family. Thank you for supporting this business throughout the years and for allowing Westside to be a part of so many joyous memories. Those are memories that will carry with me forever, and I hope Westside will always hold a place in yours as well.

To most of my staff, past and present, I truly appreciate the dedication, loyalty, hard work, and support you have exhibited throughout your journey working at Westside. Thank you.

If I ever win the lottery, I promise to pull a Mr. Deeds and buy mostly all of you matching red Corvettes so we can go on a field trip together. (Valid Florida driver’s license required.) I will always cherish the memories Westside has been a part of, and I sincerely hope you do the same.

With that being said, we’re not done yet. We plan on having some great specials and great days/nights leading up to the day we close, and I’m asking everyone who has been a part of Westside over the years to consider coming out and giving us one last hoorah over the next couple of weeks.

I also intend to throw a proper farewell party before we close. We’ll announce the details here on Facebook once everything is set.
From the bottom of my heart, I sincerely appreciate every one of you. Thank you for all of the love, memories, friendship, and dedicated support you have shown Westside and its staff throughout the years.
