Okay, we're going to let you in on something the regulars already know.

The table that orders four plates and splits everything? They're having twice the fun. Every single time.

We've seen it play out thousands of times. Someone comes in, orders one entrée, has a nice night. Then they come back and try it the way we'd do it. They order completely differently. They order like they've been here forever.

Here's the move 👇

Mix your textures. Something crispy (polenta fries), something creamy (baked brie with marionberry pepper jam), something fresh (smoked salmon stack with avocado and capers). Then add one more plate than you think you need. Trust us. The table always finishes it.

Start light, build toward rich. Baguette board to nibble on, then steak bites or meatballs with toasted baguette. And save a piece of crostini for the sauces. Almost every dish has one worth soaking up.

The sweet spot? Four or five plates for two people. Six or seven for four. That's when the table feels generous and nobody's wondering if they ordered enough 🍷
