Our Mussels in Garlic Cream Sauce are made for anytime of year... summer evenings, for instance. Prince Edward mussels simmered in a savory broth of garlic, onion, celery, white wine, and cream, with toasted bread to mop it all up. Pair with a pint or a glass of white.
