To all my Bowl Arena customers!! I thank you for coming to me the last 8 years for your bowling equipment needs and advice. With that being said I will continue selling and drilling bowling equipment at Kegler's Pro shop at Sparetime Lanes in Hometown. Appreciate TJ Trout for letting me come aboard. So if anyone needs anything you can contact me or TJ. I will be there Wednesday nights 6/630 - 9pm.

After 63 years the view on route 93 looks different today. The sign representing bowling and the marquee announcing league sign ups and holiday greetings has been removed today. The Bowl Arena sign isn’t going far though. The Hazleton Historical Society will be its new home. The days of it having to brave wind , snow and extreme heat are now done.
Bowl Arena is now scattered all around. The scoring system has gone to Midway Lanes, Danville. The seating has gone to Spare Time, Hometown. The pins have gone to Valley Lanes, Sybertsville. The Lockers have been relocated to St. Michael’s, Freeland. Best of luck to you all!
When you find yourself missing the Bowl Arena please visit one of the centers near by. They will be very appreciative of that.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone! I wonder how long it will take the owners of Bowl Arena to feel “retired?” After working up into their late 70’s and 80’s…. The transition to having to not worry about the place may take some time.

Reminder that Saturday is our last day to be open and last Moonlight Bowl! We have 2 shifts 8-10:30 and 11-1:30! Also both shifts are almost sold out! So if you do plan on bowling with us Saturday night please stop down to reserve a lane! Saturday we are open and have open bowling from 1-7:30. Open bowling will be on a first come first serve basis!
