I'm planning on hosting a Hibachi night at the Yard Bar. Date is to be determined. I'm just trying to see how many people are actually interested.
If we have 20 or more people interested in it, two professionals chefs will come to the house. They will perform and cook in front of us, just like if you were to dine in a restaurant.

$55 per person

Included Salad, Fried Rice,Vegetables,3 Proteins, Unlimited Sake

Proteins included
Beef
Shrimp
Chicken

Extra $20 per person for a whole Lobster

These prices include the tax and tip

Actually cost person is $43 per plus tax and tip

20 people is $860 Tax $54.61 =$914.61 18% tip $164.62.

Total $1078.62 ÷ 20 ppl comes out to $53.91 per person.

Lobster is 15 per person. I added $5 to cover.

Just wanted to be fully transparent. Where the $55 per person is coming from.

Capping it at 25 people.
Looking for a warm, sunny late afternoon/early evening in June.

All proceeds with be donated to west haven youth athletic leagues...free beer, sangria and food included with the ticket. Raffles, 50/50 and Money Wheel will be on site. Tickets will be available this Friday.

We might be putting a pin in the beer olympics. I have another idea in mind for the next big event. So throwing the idea out to anyone and everyone. See what ppl think.
