Owner Tyler Haydon brings experience from Chicago kitchens including Girl and the Goat, Little Goat, The Chicago Diner, and BLVD. Executive Chef Jon Perdue leads the kitchen with 20 years in fine dining, formerly Lead Chef at Gypsy Apple Bistro. We serve creative comfort food with global flavors, craft cocktails, and Vermont beer in a room that works for a solo après-ski bite or a table of 20.
