It's back ya'll! The Cardiac Smash is back for the week! 🍔 🍔 🍔

It starts with twin all-beef Smash patties topped with bacon, garlic pickles BBQ pulled pork, American and Cheddar cheese all on a brioche bun and finished with an injectable syringe of 1835 special sauce.

And served with fries.. for balance.

A new week of Specials is just one day away! With a fun mix of new specials mixed with a few crowd favorites, it is going to be a great week to get out to Berkshire! Here are the weekly specials!

To Start we have the new Smokey Bacon, Sweet Corn Jalapeno Popper Dip minced jalapenos sautéed in bacon renderings then folded into a creamy cheddar and gouda cheese dip with chopped Vermont smokehouse bacon and grilled corn, then all placed in a cast iron skillet and baked until bubbly, served with grilled ciabatta

Then, it’s the return of a instant favorite, The Cardiac Smash is here! twin all-beef smash patties topped with bacon, garlic pickles, BBQ Pulled Pork, American and cheddar cheese all served on a brioche bun and finished with an injectable shot of 1835 special sauce, served with fries.

Somethings just go better together, like Cheese Boards and Saturday Morning ( you've heard that one before right? 😅)

Today the Phoenix Catering Crew is headed across town to our Friends at Swiss and Bloom for one of the first weddings of the season. So you know we had to go all out on the board!

Caprese Salad ( per request), marinated artichokes, house-made maple mustard, pickled hot cherry pepper, Cabot gouda and more...it's a good one!

Oh Baby, it’s a good one!

We are having some fun with this week’s specials! With combination platters, island shrimp and house-made corn dogs, it is saying "Hello June!"

Kicking it off is the return of the Maple Glazed Bacon Wrapped Scallops, U-15 fresh scallops (5) wrapped in applewood smoked bacon then glazed in maple syrup and baked until crispy and caramelized

Then the lite fare is a brand-new specials that uses one of my favorite summer foods.. Corn Dogs! The Cheesy Stuffed Corn-Dog Platter has mini corn dog bites stuffed with Cabot Gouda cheese then dipping into corn dog batter and fried until crispy then served next to maple baked beans and house-made

We are feeling these blue sky vibes and wanted to whip up a cocktail to welcome in june, Soooo with that we introduce The Watermelon Honey Mojito

Fresh locally grown mint leaves, steep in a honey syrup then shaken with white rum, watermelon puree and lime, then all finished with a little bubbly floater.

One Bag, One Bib, One night!

It’s time to officially start the summer hype and announce our first date of our Summer Seafood Boil series!

This one-of-a-kind night will be a monthly event starting on June 14th and going until September! The focus… a seafood feast featuring: King Crab, Mussels, Clams and Shrimp all simmered in a seasoned broth and finished with a Chesapeake Bay dry rub, lemon wedges and hot butter . We will also have steak and chicken options as well as hamburgers and hot dogs for the kiddos

Time 2:00pm – 8:00pm

Held at The Phoenix Manor 1845 on 27 Cross Street Enosburg Falls VT. This will be an indoor / outdoor event, weather permitting with games, music and full bar with specialty cocktails and fun beer selection

Some things to note: 1) This is a first come, first serve event. While we will have a decent amount of seating, if the weather does take a turn for the worse, we will only have the indoor area to work with. Plan accordingly.

2) The Phoenix House 1835 will be open with its normal business hours, so if seafood is not your thing you can eat at the restaurant prior to coming up to the Manor. You do not need to order a boil at the Manor to partake in the fun!

With June almost here it is time to mark the calendar and get ready for the first big fun of the summer! See you soon!

Goooooood Evening! We have a big week lined-up and can’t wait to share this week’s specials, here we go!

We’ve been planning this little special for a few weeks so it is exciting to share! Get ready for the Crab Rangoon Stuffed Garlic Bread! French bread spilt and rubbed with garlic butter then topped with crab Rangoon dip and baked then finished with a glaze of sweet chile sauce

Then we have a Open-Faced BBQ Brisket Burnt End Sammie! beef brisket, rubbed down in a BBQ dry rub and braised until tender, then chopped and tossed with BBQ sauce and finished on a toasted ciabatta roll with roasted peppers, caramelized onions, and melty mozzarella cheddar blend, served with fries

Also Maple Buffalo Chef Special Wing sauce is Back! But we have a new pizza special called the Angry Italian, Vodka Sauce Base, Grilled Chicken, Bacon, banana peppers, red onion and mozzarella cheese

Enhance your weekend with a slice of Garlic and Herb Crusted Prime Rib!

A signature special 7 years running, our Prime Rib gets coated in a red wine, garlic and dry herb wet rub then roasted low and slow to about 110 degrees then we take it out of the oven and let it come up to proper temperature naturally.

A queen cut slice is paired with housemade horseradish cream and beef au jus, then served over mashed potatoes and garlic roasted green beans 😋

We are dropping flavor bombs all weekend long! From zesty brussels, creamy seafood pasta and smokey wild game, not to mention.. PRIME RIB! it's going to be a good one!

Starting it off is the Maple Chili Glazed Brussel Sprouts, crispy fried brussels sprouts finished in a maple chili and ginger glaze then served over goat cheese ricotta with pickled onions and pecans

Then, we have Spicy Crab Rigatoni alla Vodka, Rigatoni pasta tossed in a Calabrian tomato vodka cream sauce. Then, finished with crab, fresh basil and parmesan and served with a side of bread

Lastly, Hickory Braised Wild Boar Shoulder, Wild Boar shoulder coated in a hickory BBQ dry rub and braised overnight until tender it's then shredded and served over a parsnip puree with brussel sprouts and blackberry demi glace.
