The response to our recent announcement about the future of The Dive has been overwhelming. We are incredibly grateful for the hundreds of comments, messages, ideas and expressions of interest we have received.

To ensure that every serious inquiry is handled properly and everyone receives consistent information, we have retained Tony Pompeo and Sunbelt Business Brokers of New Hampshire to represent us in connection with the potential sale of The Dive’s brand, commercial barge and related assets, together or in separate components.

A formal information package is currently being assembled, and the opportunity will be handled through a structured process. It is not being offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Anyone interested in potentially acquiring all or part of the opportunity should submit an inquiry through the link below. Qualified prospective buyers will be asked to complete a Confidentiality Agreement and Buyer Profile before receiving additional information and future process instructions.

Also to note, certain structural and operational features associated with The Dive are protected by issued U.S. Patent No. 11,628,913, titled ‘Entertainment Barge.’ All patent, trademark, brand and other intellectual-property rights are expressly reserved unless transferred through an authorized transaction with the sellers.

**A NEW CHAPTER FOR THE DIVE — OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE**

After a lot of thought following the devastating loss of The Dive, we have made the difficult decision that **we will not be rebuilding.**

The good news is that our **commercial barge/hull and two engines were completely untouched by the fire and remain fully intact**, giving someone a unique opportunity to create something new on a solid existing platform.

This could be an incredible opportunity for someone looking for a large commercial marine platform for a restaurant, entertainment venue, event space, floating business, or an entirely different vision.

We are also open to discussing the sale of **The Dive name, brand and established social media presence** with the right person or group who may want to carry the concept forward.

These can potentially be purchased **together or separately.**

This is obviously an emotional decision for us after everything we poured into The Dive over the last 10 years, so we are looking for serious inquiries only.

Today has been the hardest day in our journey. Watching the Dive burn was absolutely heartbreaking, and we are devastated by this loss.

What matters most, though, is that every single person made it off safely. For that, we are incredibly grateful.

We also want to thank the true heroes who jumped into action. To those onboard who fought the fire, and to the many people who swam over with their own fire extinguishers to help save The Dive—you showed incredible courage and selflessness. We will never forget your efforts.

The outpouring of love, support, and prayers we’ve already received has meant more to us than words can express. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. ❤️

The Dive may be gone, but the amazing community around it is stronger than ever and the memories and the wonderful people & friends we have met through these 9 years we will always cherish. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
