Bar West officially closes its doors on February 10th.
What a ride it’s been.
This place was never just a bar or restaurant, it was late nights, packed services, familiar faces at the bar, and a team that showed up every day ready to work hard and take care of people. We built something special here together.
I’m proud of the food we served, the standards we held, and the memories made within these walls.
On a personal note, thank you.
Thank you to every guest, every regular, and every team member who trusted me, supported the kitchen, and showed up for us day after day. Leading this program has meant more to me than you probably know.
If you’ve ever shared a meal or a drink with us, come see us one last time before we close. Let’s send Bar West out the right way.
