🌹 25 Years of a Dream Called Rosie’s Place 🌹
Today, September 1st, I want to take a moment to look back with a heart full of gratitude.
Exactly 25 years ago, Mr. Juan Verdugo and I received our first permit to begin this beautiful project. He was the one who chose the name that would become such an important part of my life: Rosie’s Place. ❤️
The restaurant officially opened its doors on January 4th, which is when we will celebrate 25 years of serving our community. But today, I celebrate the day the dream began.
Twenty-five years have passed, and I’m still here. They have been years of hard work, effort, sacrifice, and perseverance, but also years filled with wonderful blessings, friendships, and memories that I will treasure forever.
Throughout all these years, I have put so much of my life and my heart into this place, and even after all this time, I still love Rosie’s Place as if it were my own home.
Above all, I thank God, because none of this would have been possible without Him. He has given me the strength to keep going year after year.
Rosie’s Place is more than just a restaurant. It is a part of my story, my life, and my heart.
Today, I can look at that photograph from 25 years ago and say with emotion:
“This is where a dream began… and 25 years later, I’m still here.” 🌹❤️

and the rest of my family for their love and support throughout this journey. Thank you also to our community, our employees, our friends, and every person who has ever walked through the doors of Rosie’s Place. You have all been a part of this beautiful story.
