What a summer it has been for Reychel Royce.

Open Classic Semi-Finals. Intermediate Open Finals. Finals at the West Texas Futurity. Solid run after run with Clay Johnson in the Open. And Kelsey Johnson right there with her in the Non Pro pen doing the same thing.

That's the kind of mare Smart Nu Annie produces—one that any rider can get on and compete. Out of Smart Nu Annie, Reychel Royce has spent this summer proving exactly what this bloodline delivers—$86,933.34 in lifetime earnings and still adding to it.

We couldn't be prouder of both teams. What a summer.

Peachish and Sugar Lips, both out of our mare Shinin Peaches, are in the pen at the NSHA Pre-Futurity.

Two Shinin Peaches daughters in the pen at the NSHA Pre-Futurity.

Peachish, owned by Danny Crowl and Sara Hamilton, scored a 213 in the rein work with Clay Roeser. Sugar Lips, owned by Kalpowar Quarter Horses, scored a 214 with Jake Gorrell.

Both 2023 fillies. Both out of the same mare. Both proving what Shinin Peaches produces when it matters most.

Before any of the competition happens, there's this: feeding, checking on foals, making sure every horse is taken care of. It's the part that doesn't make the reel but makes everything else possible.
