💥 Finished 7th-8th in the Women's Professional Billiard Association (WPBA) Island US Open! 🇺🇸

It wasn’t meant to be but I felt I played really solid for most all of my matches and happy with my overall performance 💪🏻

Losing to Bean Hung, I just didn’t quite catch a gear and had a few bad rolls too but she did play well and punished me 😫
Saturday was a tough and long day, and had a close and high quality 8-7 win over Jasmin Ouschan, followed by Sofia Mast - Pink Dagger & Joann Mason Parker, I ended up losing to Wei Wei who was playing strong and was very tough to beat!

The venue and set up was really great and felt spacious and perfect for the spectators. ☺️

Congrats to 🏆 周婕妤 Rita Chou and to Savannah “The RoadRunner” Easton on a fantastic strong performance 🥈👏🏻

My run at the US Open has come to an end at 9-12th place in the monster field.

I lost two very close matches to Silvana Lu 6-8 and Wei Wei 7-8.

Moments like this aren’t always easy to accept. Some losses hit deeper than others, and staying positive can feel challenging, especially when the result doesn’t reflect the work, effort and everything you’ve put in behind the scenes.

But this is part of the sport. Part of the journey - unavoidable, and in a way necessary.

I’ll keep moving forward, keep working on myself and my game, and stay focused on what’s ahead.

WPBA Island US OPEN ~ No doubt one of the best venues I’ve played at ➡️ with huge screens for the audience to watch the TV tables from anywhere in the venue and plenty of room around each table for us players.
Thanks for the great effort to all involved! 👏🏻

Congrats to 周婕妤 Rita Chou 🏆 (enough WPBA titles for you, ok?) and big congrats to Savannah “The RoadRunner” Easton for runner up, she played her heart out and showed her talent in many ways this week.
17th place for me, both matches I lost were 7:8, but this whole tournament was a struggle for me so I’m glad I found my game eventually.
Now happy to have a whole month with no tournaments and ready to go back to the practice table!
