After much thought and consideration, we have made the difficult decision to permanently close the doors of The Roost Chop House, effective September 6th.
We are incredibly grateful to everyone who walked through our doors, shared a meal with us, celebrated a special occasion, or simply stopped in to support a local business. We have met so many wonderful people along the way, and we will always be thankful for the memories made at The Roost.
We are also so grateful to the businesses along Main Street, our wonderful vendors, and the Town of Waynesville for their support.
To our family, thank you for always showing up and helping—no matter what the task was. And to our friends who stood beside us, your support has meant more than you know.
Most importantly, thank you to our Roost family—our staff and our guests. We could not have done any of this without you.
While this chapter is coming to an end, we aren’t going far. You can still find us at Blue Rooster Southern Grill, and you might even see a few Roost Chop House favorites—or some new dishes inspired by The Roost—make their way onto the Blue Rooster menu.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for supporting The Roost Chop House and for allowing us to be a part of the Waynesville community.
