A few new things have made their way onto the menu at Stone House.

We've added a Grilled Salmon Caesar Salad for those looking for something a little lighter... and a Fried Bologna Sandwich for those who absolutely are not 😉

We've also brought in Good Boy Vodka Iced Tea & Lemonade, including their Blackberry Iced Tea & Lemonade.

We're especially happy to add Good Boy to the cooler. The brand gives back through the Good Boy Foundation, supporting veterans, military and service dogs, and animal rescue organizations.

So whether you're feeling grilled salmon and a vodka iced tea... or fried bologna and a cold b**r, we've got a few new reasons to stop in.

Two weeks and two days from now it will be sneakers and sweatshirts and 56th Annual Ohio Sauerkraut Festival! It's time to start making your plans for what you're going to eat and buy and which bands are your favorites!

It's Viking Weekend at the Ohio Renaissance Festival, and if you're spending the day at the faire, make Stone House Tavern one of your stops before heading home.

We can't promise you a feast worthy of Valhalla , but we can offer plenty of good food, cold b**r, and enough wh***ey to make a Viking feel welcome.

And if the fall weather isn't cooperating, our all-season porch is enclosed and ready for you. You can still enjoy the cooler weather without actually having to sit in it, especially after being out in it all day!

So grab your crew, enjoy the faire, and come see us in Waynesville when you're done.

No pillaging necessary. Just come raise a glass with us.

One more night of Live Music for this season! We enjoy listening to Colton sing, and we're sure that you will too 🎸

Come out and spend time with us in our newly enclosed sun porch, or our patio under the shade of an umbrella.

You can even try out our newest draft b**r, Rhinegeist Pallet Jacked, a delicious stout with limited availability (because once it's gone, it'll be gone until next year) 🍻

For those who suggested trivia:

Would Monday or Tuesday be a better night?

Or would you all like to see General Knowledge on one night and Music Trivia on another? Ie. Mondays & Tuesdays

We would like to move our live music back to Wednesdays potentially due to Bike Nights down at the 1572 (even though they are closed for the remainder of this season, we're trying to think ahead!).

Please remember, everything will require ownership approval first :)

We couldn't decide between traditional sweet or classic sour, so we went with both.

We made a few changes to our Autumn Cocktail Menu, and these two are joining the lineup:

The Salted Caramel Apple Cidertini is made with Pinnacle Salted Caramel Vodka, local apple c***r, and a swirl of caramel. If you're looking for something that tastes like fall without being overly sweet, this one's for you.

Or do you prefer something a bit more tart to balance out the sweet?
The Salted Caramel Sour Appletini pairs that same salted caramel vodka with sour apple for a completely different take on the combination.

Cooler days and nights are just around the corner, and we're already thinking about what we'd like to do at Stone House this fall and winter.

But instead of guessing, we want to hear from you.

What have you been wanting to see at Stone House? Or maybe there's something we used to do that you've been missing?

Let us know what would get you out of the house and through our doors on a chilly evening! Here are a few ideas that we've had floating around for a bit:

• Potential return of the Mug Club (if we can figure out the logistics - we know that a bunch of you still have those fabulous mugs!)

It's Highland Weekend at the Ohio Renaissance Festival, and if you're headed to the faire this weekend, make Stone House Tavern one of your stops along the way.

We may not have haggis or Scotch eggs on the menu, but we DO have plenty of good food, cold b**r, and a wh***ey selection worthy of a post-faire visit.

And after a full day wandering the grounds, our all-season porch is a pretty comfortable place to put your feet up, grab a drink, and recover before heading home.

So wear the tartan. Enjoy the faire. Then come see us in Waynesville.
