We've had a lot of new followers lately, so we wanted to take a minute and reintroduce ourselves!

👋 Hi!
We're Greg and Kelly, owners and operators of Johnnie Byrd Brewing Company, and Cooper's Chase Brands in Wayne, America.
We started out in December 2017 with 6 rotating taps all crafted by us right here in Wayne. We still have 6 taps that are always rotating between easy intro craft b**rs, ales, wheat b**rs, even sours still made by us. We also have 3 mainstay taps with our award winning brews; Margaery TIPA, Vanilla White Girl Milk Stout, and Abe's Honey Porter. And for the elitist, we have our ✨️members️ only✨️ Tap 7 that introduces a new 5 gallon batch of b**r every Thursday. In our almost 9 years of operation, we have crafted over 600 unique batches of craft b**r!

In 2021 we introduced our own Johnnie Byrd spirits line with Gin, Vodka, Bourbon, and Prairie Pirate Spiced Rum. In 2023 we purchased the Cooper's Chase Brands from West Point, and brought it to Wayne, where we continue to craft Cooper's Chase Vodka and Bourbon.

Our Cooper's Chase Brands spirits can be found in just about any HyVee, Super Saver, Walmart or liquor store in Nebraska. We are excited to work with our new distributor to get some more of our Johnnie Byrd brand out there as well! But for now you can get all of our products in the taproom in Wayne, located just one block west off of Main Street, across from the post office.

If you're still here, its also worth mentioning we have our very own event space connected to the brewery, where we can help you host just about any event you can think of from reunions to birthday parties, showers to rehearsal dinners, or holiday parties to even intimate weddings!

WELCOME FRESHMEN!!!!

To celebrate move in day and reward parents who've had to lug ALL THE THINGS that make your kid's dorm room a luxury suite because they are too cool for a fridge and a couple posters, we decided to open up a couple hours early!

So come on in at 1pm to grab a cold one after your hard day of pack muling!

Here's what we've got going on this weekend:

FRIDAY:

BUGSY'S KITCHEN will be out front of the Coop serving up some yummy creations!

B**R GARDEN we will be serving some of our yummy creations at the Henoween B**r Garden during the live music of Southern Nights.

SATURDAY:

Paradox will be playing in the Coop from 2:30 to 4:30!
