The abandoned building was restored 2005-2007 and Phil Sager opened it for business in 2007. Phil has a love for the water and beginning in 2009 started bringing it to Waverly. Come in and get your taste of the Chesapeake Bay!

Due to the overwhelming response, from the community, we are sold out of most things. As a result of this, we are calling yesterday as our last day open. The Tavern is now officially closed.
We would like to thank the community for sending us off in style!! We will miss you!!

After 16 years of being a part of this beautiful community, we would like to announce that The Grand Restaurant & Tavern, will be closing. This, in fact, will be our last weekend open. We would like to thank our many customers for their loyal support through the years. You all made our success possible and we love you for it! Please join us, this weekend, for our final send off!!!
