Creative food....utilizing locally sourced ingredients whenever possible! Our pizza dough will be made to exacting standards, fresh every day from only flour, salt, water and yeast. No fryers - we opted to forgo these, so we can incorporate healthier options into our menu. Our craft beers are produced in small batches, by experienced brewers, using only the highest quality ingredients.

Bohemian Gold- Světlé Ležák (Czech Pale L***r) 🇨🇿
We‘re rolling out another traditional Czech style b**r, but this time it’s on the lighter side. This traditional Czech Pale L***r was brewed with floor malted barley, Saaz hops, and pours out of a side pull faucet into a dimpled mug. It’s light, refreshing, and pairs well with everything on the menu. 5.2% ABV

The Red Wolf- Irish Red Ale 🍀
They say once bitten twice shy, but there’s nothing to be shy about here. One bite from this wolf and you’ll be running with the pack. This Irish Red Ale is malty, smooth with notes of toasted grain and caramel. 6.5% ABV

Dark Side of the Czech- Tmavé Pivo (Dark B**r)
The cooler weather is the perfect time to start rolling out dark, malty b**rs. This Czech Dark L***r is smooth, balanced, and highly drinkable. Come on in for a visit and Czech one out for yourself, it’s poured in a proper dimpled mug out of a side pour faucet for a traditional experience. 5.3% ABV
