For many years, Ray’s Lincoln Pub, 512 Lincoln Ave., welcomed the Waukesha community in for open mic nights, games of pool, karaoke and drinks. But in recent years, things started to fall into disrepair and Ray’s Lincoln Pub went up for sale. Kory Koput, owner of The Red Rooster - Bar & Restaurant, saw an opportunity and purchased the business out of foreclosure. He plans to transform the space into a neighborhood bar and grill — BOOZE YOUR DADDY - Bar & Grill.
