Friday night Bubbles & Brew had the honor of serving David & Joyce’s pre-wedding social at Dahlonega Resort & Vineyard — the night before they said I do. B**r, w**e, cocktails, and a sky that couldn’t quite make up its mind.

It sprinkled. Nobody cared. That’s what happens when the company is right and the drinks are good. 🌿

Last night Bubbles & Brew poured for what can only be described as the birthday party of the year. 🥂✨

Alex celebrated surrounded by half the neighborhood — everyone dressed in white, the birthday girl dressed in gold, and a stunning private home bar that looked like it belonged in a magazine. Marble countertops. A glowing “Happy Birthday” neon sign. Crystal pendant lights. Gold sequin backdrop. Veuve Clicquot on the dessert table. Every single detail was perfection.

Jenn and Judy ran a full open bar all night — b**r, w**e, ch*****ne, and three custom signature cocktails built just for Alex and her guests:

✨ Leave a Little Sparkle — a French 75 with gin, lemon, syrup and ch*****ne. Elegant, bubbly, and absolutely perfect for the occasion.

🌶️ Spice is Nice — a spicy margarita with tequila, fresh lime, jalapeño and agave. Bold, bright, and completely irresistible.

☕ Alex’s Second Wind — an espresso martini named for the birthday girl herself. Three coffee beans on top. Gone in seconds. Poured approximately a billion times. 😄

Can we talk about this w**e for a second? 🫐🥂

Last weekend Bubbles & Brew served a stunning 200 guest wedding — and during cocktail hour alone, we poured an entire case of Oliver Winery Blueberry Moscato. Twelve bottles. Gone. Before dinner even started.
And honestly? We completely understand.

Oliver Winery Blueberry Moscato is light, bubbly, and lightly sweet — crafted with real blueberry juice and 33 actual blueberries in every single bottle. It’s the kind of w**e that makes guests put down their phone and say “wait, what IS this?” And then come back for a second glass.

One of our favorite things about what we do at Bubbles & Brew is helping our clients curate a bar their guests genuinely remember. That means sharing our seasonal favorites, making thoughtful recommendations based on the crowd and the event, and making sure every single pour — w**e, cocktail, or mocktail — feels intentional and special. 🌿

Big news — the Bubbles & Brew pop-up bar just got a serious upgrade. And we could not love her more. 🥂✨

We removed the original plain white bar facing and replaced it with a gorgeous whitewashed wood finish that adds so much warmth and personality to every space she rolls into. Whether she’s set up in a sunroom, a backyard, a corporate venue, or a wedding reception — she now looks like she was always meant to be there.

And then there’s the sign. 🌟

Our custom engraved Bubbles & Brew logo — glowing in changeable color, mounted on a beautiful barrel round — was handcrafted by an incredibly talented local builder and it has become the absolute centerpiece of every event we serve. Guests notice it immediately. Couples love it. And we are so proud to have it representing this brand at every single celebration.

A huge thank you to The Burning Hacker for bringing this vision to life so beautifully. If you’re looking for custom signage or woodwork, look no further. 🙌
