What an honor to make these blankets for a special little girl & soon to arrive little Sissy. The direction I was given was rainbow & star. I love how the same pattern can work up so differently with a change in yarn. Every blanket I make for a little includes a smaller lovee version as well. Ripple star pattern.

Upon completing high school, each of our godchildren receives a king-sized blanket in their preferred color, symbolizing our love and support as they embark on their next life chapter. Today, we are honored to share in this milestone celebration with him!

The recent events in Minnesota and our nation have left me horrified. The treatment of our citizens and immigrants is unacceptable. I have finished my first Melt the Ice hat as a show of support for the state where I grew up.
