This week, a beautiful bouquet of roses appeared for our Labbie’s servers and bartenders from a customer who simply wanted to say “thank you.”

No recognition.
No spotlight.
Just a thoughtful gesture of appreciation for the people who work hard every day to create the welcoming atmosphere that makes Labbie’s feel like home.

To the anonymous customer who brightened our team’s day and reminded us that kindness still exists in the little things, Thank You🫶🏼 Your thoughtfulness means so much.

And to our staff: these flowers are a reflection of the impact you make on the people who walk through our doors. The conversations, the smiles, the extra effort, and the relationships you build matter.

Our team genuinely cares about the people who walk through our doors🩵

Nicole, Assistant General Manager, brought in her own personal stash of decaf K-Cups. Not long after, she noticed we were getting more and more guests asking if we had decaf coffee available.

She sent a message to the staff letting everyone know they were welcome to use her coffee for our customers.

It’s such a small thing, but it says so much🫶🏼

That simple act of generosity perfectly reflects the kind of people we have on our team. People who go out of their way to make someone else’s day a little brighter.
