Live music at the brewery is back!

Join us Saturday, May 23rd from 3PM to 6PM for The Foocoustics! playing 90’s rock hits, oldies, and all the good stuff your knees remember better than you do.

We’ll also be doing a cookout with brats and burgers with sides, so come hungry, grab a beer, and hang outside with us at the brewery.

Batch #1000. Not bad for a little brewery that built this thing from the ground up.

We’re proud to release Hung Jury, Double IPA as our 1000th batch brewed here at Hubbleton Brewing Co.

Hung Jury, Double IPA
8% ABV / 95 IBU

This one is for the true hop heads. We packed 8 lbs of hops into 3 BBLs, dry hopped it twice, and built it on a grain bill strong enough to hold the whole thing together. The result is a bold, loud, in-your-face Double IPA with a huge nose and enough punch to knock you back a step.

Introducing “Shirt Off Maibock”

Between the rain, cold, and a casual tornado warning yesterday, our R&D club decided it was still the perfect time to name this beer:

“Shirt Off Maibock”

Maibock
6.7% ABV / 40 IBUs

This spring seasonal brings a smooth balance of light honey notes, a clean grain profile, and a crisp finish, with just a little extra hop bite to keep things interesting. It’s bright, refreshing, and dangerously easy to throw back when the weather starts acting right.

Well everyone, it's that time of the year to get Paddled again! 🍻🤣🍀

We're bringing out our St Paddy's Special brew: Paddle My St. Paddy Daddy, which is a super tasty, smooth Imperial Irish Red Ale with bright caramel notes and a semi-sweet finish which will leave you wanting another whack of that paddle!

This brew will be on tap at the Taproom & Grill tomorrow starting at 1pm and the Brewery will have it on Friday at 4pm so you can get it straight from the source!
