Post 201 Senior and Junior Vice Commanders David Taft and José Velázquez visited John J. Gilmartin Elementary School in Waterbury to present 8th grade teacher Steve Campbell, Post 201's Teacher of the Year for 2025 with the award. Congratulations Mr. Campbell, and thank you for serving as a beacon of knowledge, wisdom, and community service to Waterbury students!

Past Commander and current VFW CT District 2 Commander Jack LeBlanc presents Naugatuck Mayor Pete Hess and the Borough of Naugatuck with a storm flag for their new flagpole in the roundabout. Jack was the last Commander of Post 1946 - Naugatuck prior to merging with Post 201. Storm flags are used during inclement weather in place of the larger post or garrison flags.
