We don't have too much pride to say; we are constantly working to be better, make food that is consistent and high quality, provide hospitality that is refreshing and warm.

New Lunch Pasta! 😋

The first time I heard about Gnudi (pronounced Nude-y), I thought it was a joke.

Gnudi means "naked" in the Tuscan dialect, and it's cleverly named because it is ravioli without it's clothes on. 😆

Gnudi, or Naked Ravioli, consists entirely of ricotta (and anything else you want to put with it) and no surrounding pasta dough shell.

It's rich, delightful and tastes like MORE.

Here's our version:

Gnudi Alla Vodka
Hand Made Ricotta Dumplings, Vodka Sauce, Peas, Stracciatella, Basil
