Greetings Duffy's Fam! Wanted to share a message from the OG himself, Andy Duffy (spoiler alert, there is an external link to purchase some of Andy's First & Ten Hot Sauce but his personal note is well worth reading):
"Even though it's been years since I've had anything to do with Duffy's, it was with great sadness that I learned of the closing of both the P Street and Cap Hill locations.
When I opened Duffy's in 2006, my hope was to offer a neighborhood pub where everyone felt comfortable and enjoyed great conversation over a pint of Guinness and home cooked food. I wanted Duffy's to be welcoming to people oof all walks of life. Almost like a living room for the neighborhood. I believe we accomplished that together with our customers. Duffy's wouldn't have been Duffy's without our regulars who really made the place. When I left Duffy's, Tom, Richard Julian, and Julia in the back of the house continued to provide that same welcoming atmosphere regardless of where the pub was located.
To all the guests of Duffy's Irish pub of every iteration I'd like to thank you for so many years of support. My home base is now the Gulf Coast of Florida.
