Providencia turns 2 today

Two years inside this tiny 22-seat bar. Two years of late nights, good food, strong drinks, familiar faces, and so many little moments that make this journey worth it.

Provi has always been about the people who bring it to life and the new friends that walk through our doors that make this place feel like home.
Danny, Pedro, Mama, and Lulu are here night after night, feeding you, pouring your drinks, welcoming you in, and making sure everyone feels cared for.
Behind the scenes Erik, Joe and Paola are dreaming, creating, problem-solving, and doing everything they can to keep this little place going.

To our cheerleader and friend Vina who has been here through so much of our journey, camera in hand, capturing moments we never want to forget.

So today we just want to say thank you. To every patron, every guest chef, every journalist, the Michelin guide, and our beloved H Street for always supporting us and championing us. Thank you for being a part of Providencia.

Restaurants are hard, and making it to two years is something we will never take for granted.

You make this journey worth while.
