🚨🚨 We will be Saturday afternoon 5/2 for the release of this year's collaboration whiskey barrel. CINDERxTIMBER 3.0 is a 7yr rye finished with Mizunara (Japanese Oak) Staves. Pours and a limited # of bottles will be available to purchase at Timber beginning at 3pm. Matt, John and Raine will be there handing out dog treats for all those "addicted fiends" missing their snacks. Hope to see you all there to share some great whiskey and catch up.

Had a great time at the historic Peirce Mill in Rock Creek Park. pouring the new rum barrel finished rye along with a few bourbons highlighting DC history. Thanks to Troy and John for having us out.

Wed – Chili de Arbol Sticky Ribs
Cinder ribs tossed in a sweet and spicy Chili de Arbol glaze, topped with smoked almonds and green onions.

Thu – Smoked Turkey Breast Sandwich
Cinder-smoked turkey breast piled high on a toasted potato roll, topped with a house-made cranberry apple slaw and a drizzle of our tangy Alabama White BBQ sauce. Served with your choice of fries or mac & cheese. A perfect balance of smoky, sweet, and zesty.

Fri – Tostadas
Crisp tortilla with your choice of chopped brisket, smoked chicken or pulled pork. Topped black beans, cotija cheese, lettuce and crema. Served with a side of house made tomatillo salsa.

Sat – Sopa de Albondigas
Three housemade pork and rice meatballs simmered in a rich tomato broth and served with fresh toasted baguette. Just like your abuela would make, a true Mexican classic.

Sun – Chili Smashburger
Two crispy, griddle-smashed beef patties stacked with melted American cheese, smothered in our housemade no-bean chili, finished on a toasted potato bun with our chili smash sauce. Served with a side of fries and pickles. Rich, messy and unapologetically indulgent.

Saturday — Carnitas Tacos
Slow-braised pork, cooked down with garlic and onions, pan-fried to order for crispy, juicy flavor & tucked into our handmade corn tortillas. Simple finish with cilantro, onion & side of tangy salsa verde. Our classic street taco!

Sunday — Bacon Cheese Smashburger 🍔
Double-patties topped with gooey American cheese, smoky bacon, tangy pickled red onions & rich, smoked-onion Dijon sauce on a toasted bun. Served with fries and a side of pickles.
