For the March Taco Series, Chef took a walk across to visit our neighbors at , the legendary New York appetizing shop known for its hand-sliced smoked fish and classic bagel pairings. Together they created the Hola Vey, a limited-time taco that brings a New York bagel order into the world of tacos.
