TLDR; come say farewell to the streetery 😔
Well, it finally happened.
After a great 6 year run, we’re shutting down the TallBoy Streetery.
Not because we want to. Not because you stopped showing up. Not because it isn’t one of the best places in DC to spend a summer night or a fall afternoon.
The reality is that keeping it open would require a six figure investment in new infrastructure, barriers, construction, and compliance requirements. As much as we love the Streetery, it just doesn’t make financial sense.
Honestly, it’s kind of insane.
So before we pack it up for good, we’re throwing one last weekend banger; full of beer shot combos, wings, and good times with friends.
If you’ve ever had a great night on the Streetery, met a friend here, celebrated something, recovered from something, or just spent a sunny afternoon people watching with a cold drink, we’d love to see you one more time.
Come raise a glass with us tonight and all weekend long as we say goodbye to a space that became a huge part of TallBoy.
Thank you to every guest who supported us and especially to the incredible TallBoy staff who brought this place to life day after day. It means the world to everyone at Tallboy.
