Months later they decided to form a partnership in order to have games the way they like Texas Hold 'Em tourneys to be run. The result was the formulation of Running Hearts, LLP. The name Running Hearts makes reference to the last two community cards in Texas Hold 'Em pok

er: the turn and river. When those two cards, in succession, "make" a hand, the popular poker phrase for that is called "runner-runner", but also commonly referred to as "running cards". Those of you who were at the game last week may recall, but let this serve as a reminder and notice, that Finn McCool's will not be hosting poker tomorrow in light of St. Patrick's Day. Not sure if their St. Patty's Day festivities are going forward after Mayor Bowser implemented social distancing parameters.

On that note, Running Hearts will also be following best social distancing practices in an effort to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. At this point, we anticipate running games on April 14. Please follow us on social media for updates.
