Igavi W**es Mgaloblishvili 2024
Igavi W**es is the project of Aidan Raftery, based in Zeindari in Imereti, Western Georgia. Raftery moved to Georgia in 2019 after working in w**e and restaurants, and focuses on indigenous varieties from old vineyards in Imereti and neighboring Lechkhumi.

Mgaloblishvili is an extremely obscure Imeretian variety. This bottling comes from 120-year-old vines in Lechkhumi, at about 530 meters elevation, on a site described as almost pure limestone.

Despite being a red grape, Mgaloblishvili can produce something remarkably pale and delicate. Copper-pink in color, with the weight and tannic architecture of a red hiding underneath the appearance of a rosé.

Think hibiscus, Darjeeling tea, wild rose, dried flowers and delicate red fruit, rather than the darker berry profile you’d associate with a typical Georgian red. The structure comes less from obvious fruit weight and more from fine, almost tea like tannin and acidity. The producer describes the 2024 as having a delicate, unfolding character with “three-dimensional” tannins.

It’s also only around 12.5% ABV, which makes sense stylistically: this is about finesse, lift and texture rather than power.

A rare detour from Bruno Debize.
The Beaujolais icon briefly came out of retirement to make just two vintages from old parcels of Clairette and Muscat in the Diois, a high-elevation side valley of the Drôme where Alpine and Mediterranean influences meet.

LA LEVAS
100% Clairette

Old vines, fermented and raised in demi-muids. The style is all about tension: crystalline acidity, fresh white fruit, hazelnut, a subtle saline note and a long, mouthwatering finish.

A fascinating expression of Clairette, made with the precision and restraint you’d expect from Debize.

Not much made. Not around for long.

2025 Le Fraghe “Rōdon” Chiaretto di Bardolino, is a still rosé from Veneto made primarily from Corvina and Rondinella.

The woman behind Le Fraghe is Matilde Poggi, a major figure in Italy’s independent w**emaker movement. Rōdon comes from the glacially influenced soils around Lake Garda, which helps explain the mineral, stony edge alongside the bright fruit.
Rōdon is dry, light-bodied with white peach and ripe orchard fruit alongside chamomile, flinty with a touch of sour lime. Despite its delicate nature, the w**e has a surprisingly long finish, with a subtle candied citrus note that keeps the palate refreshed and awaiting the next sip.
A 6-7hour skin maceration is key to the style: it gives the w**e some color and fruit character while preserving the fresh, energetic profile that Chiaretto is known for.

Founded in Tarragona, Spain in 1884 Bodegas Yzaguirre is the oldest family owned brand of Spanish Vermouth in continuous production.
We have added two offering from this historic artisan bodega to our shelves for post work spritzing, sipping on the rocks or at home cocktail riffs.
Yzaguirre Reserva is a premium line of Spanish vermouth aged for 12 months in oak barrels (historically used for rum or brandy), these expressions feature a Macabeo w**e base blended with roughly 80 to 100 secret botanicals, herbs, and spices.
Rojo Reserva (Red Vermouth): Mahogany color with rich notes of cinnamon, orange, dark cocoa, and ripe fruit. It has an 18% ABV and a velvety, balanced bittersweet profile

Yzaguirre’s Rosé is built for easy drinking: a lighter, sweeter entry point for newcomers just discovering the world of vermouth. Drawing upon the same 80 herbs, roots, and spices behind every Yzaguirre expression, blended w/ rosé w**e base, premium alcohol, and a light sugar syrup rather than the oak aging used in the Reserva line.

Rosé Vermouth
Bold Barbie-esque pink hue from the use of hibiscus and ruby grapefruit extract with an underlying savory, spicy aroma. The bold, juicy palate opens bittersweet, lightly floral, caramel, supported by pomegranate, mint and guava.

Cassis Blackcurrant Aperitif
Founded by Rachael Petach in the Hudson Valley, C. Cassis is just a few miles from where its blackcurrants are grown. What began in a kitchen grew through a circle of friends and now has a national following.
Everything from fermentation, blending, and bottling is done by hand.

Blackcurrants were illegal to grow in the U.S. for nearly a hundred years due to concerns about the logging industry. That changed in 2003, when New York botanist Greg Quinn helped lift the ban. C.Cassis sources much of their fruit from that same botanist.

Prized for their bold, tart flavor, blackcurrants have been enjoyed across Europe for centuries. In France, they are the star of classic crème de cassis, while in the UK they are used in jams, candies, and Ribena.

C. Cassis brings this vibrant berry back to New York, creating an American cassis that is fresh, botanical, and distinctly its own.

Come explore a little piece of Spain’s Basque Coast with two new arrivals from Ameztoi, one of the benchmark producers of Txakolina.

Ameztoi Txakolina 2025
Made primarily from Hondarrabi Zuri, this classic Txakolina is crisp and energetic with citrus, green apple, white flowers and the signature Atlantic salinity that defines the style. Traditionally poured from a height to enhance its natural pétillance, it’s as refreshing as it is food-friendly.
Classic Basque white w**e with bright citrus, green apple, and subtle mineral character. Its lively acidity and delicate natural spritz make it a perfect match for oysters, grilled fish, and tapas.

2025 Ameztoi Rubentis Txakolina Rosé
A field blend of Hondarrabi Zuri and Hondarrabi Beltza, this pale rosé is bright, saline, and lightly spritzy with notes of wild strawberry, citrus peel, raspberry and fresh herbs. Its vibrant acidity and coastal minerality make it a natural pairing for shellfish, conservas, and summer fare.

Ameztoi is a renowned producer in Getariako Txakolina,
respected for producing both traditional w**es in large barrels and as an innovator for their rosé txakolina and méthode traditionnelle sparkling w**es. Ameztoi owns twenty hectares of estate vineyards located in the most privileged position in the region, facing the Bay of Biscay. High in the vineyards, planted on the dramatic seaside cliffs of the ancient fishing village of Getaria, one can see the town of San Sebastian, which lies just twenty minutes away along a serpentine highway.
Ignacio Ameztoi is the fifth generation of his family to carry on the tradition of making txakolina in the province of Getaria, and he has played a key role in the advancement of the region in the last decade. His intuitive and fearless pursuit of innovation has been a driving force in the txakolina discipline.
