MADNESS didn’t just celebrate 40 years tonight, it reminded me why this culture raised me, shaped me, and still claims me.

I appreciate the history we share as partners in DC culture, and I’m grateful that you see me in MADNESS.
Because of that, MADNESS will always live through MONTU.

Pulling up to the 40th Anniversary tonight filled me with nothing but gratitude.
Gratitude for the people who built this…
Gratitude for the legends who still show love…
And gratitude for the moments Go-Go keeps giving all of us.

This wasn’t just a celebration, it felt like a family reunion.
