We’ve been working on something 👀
In collaboration with Chef Nacho Olivera of Ceibo, we gave the menu a refresh, and it’s bringing the heat. 🔥
Introducing our new wood-fired Mexican-style pizzas, straight from the brick oven:
🌶️ Calabacita: zucchini, zucchini blossoms, Oaxaca cheese, crema fresca, chili oil
🍤 Veracruzana: gulf shrimp, green olives, nopales, tomato, Oaxaca
🧀 Choriqueso: chorizo, Chihuahua cheese, refried beans, pickled red onion
🍍 Al Pastor: grilled chicken, ancho & guajillo chilis, pineapple
Plus new favorites in the mix: Chiles en Nogada, Crab Fritters, Shrimp Tostada, and more.
