SULOD cocktail bar × kitchen is a neighborhood-driven cocktail bar rooted in flavor, culture, and connection.

“Sulod” means inside and that’s exactly what this is. Our cocktail program is built on storytelling, technique, and intention from clarified builds to spirit-forward classics with depth. Behind the bar, we focus on balance, precision, and drinks that actually make you feel something. In

the kitchen, we lean into Filipino and Creole influences citrus, smoke, spice, and deep umami designed to complement the bar, not compete with it. This is bar-first food that punches above its weight. We are intentional. Expect good music, strong drinks, and a room that feels alive.
