Infuse Tequila with chopped apples, cinnamon, allspice, and star anise.

-Muddle 1/2 oz Crème de Cacao with leftover apple slices
-2 dashes of Black Walnut Bitters
-Add Ice
-1 oz Amaretto
-Shake and Pour
