BUSY WEEK AHEAD!

First up, TODAY — September 29th, we’re celebrating our favorite karaoke king, DJ Kozy!

Kozy is celebrating 20 YEARS in business! For two decades, he’s been letting folks absolutely murder their favorite songs, keeping the music going, and cleaning up puddles of sweat from the dance floor.

CONGRATULATIONS, KOZY! Here’s to 20 years and many more questionable song choices!

THURSDAY — B**R & BRATS!
We’ll start cooking at 3 PM and serve until they’re gone! Come hungry!

SUNDAY — BINGO IS BACK, BABY!
We’re kicking things off at 6 PM! Grab your lucky dauber and come play!

See you at the bar!

A Quick Reminder from the Boxcar and Karaoke Contest Crew

First and foremost, we want to say THANK YOU to everyone who has come out to sing, cheer on contestants, and pack the bar every Thursday night. The energy has been incredible, and it's what makes this competition so much fun year after year.

As we continue into the final round, we'd like to ask everyone to help us keep our comment section positive.

Every time we announce who is moving forward, those contestants deserve to celebrate their accomplishment. Negative comments and arguments can quickly take the spotlight away from the people who earned their spot, and that's not what this competition is about.

At the end of the day, this is a small-town karaoke competition meant to bring people together, have some fun, and showcase the amazing local talent we have. It's not about record deals or creating drama—it's about enjoying great music, supporting one another, and making memories.

If you ever have a question or concern about the competition, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly. We're always happy to have a conversation. We simply ask that we keep the public comment section encouraging and respectful so we can continue celebrating everyone who has the courage to step on that stage.

Good luck to everyone still in the competition, and thank you for helping make Karaoke at Boxcar Bar one of our favorite traditions.
