East Side vs. West Side - The D**o Test
This “West Sider” stopped into Steel Horse Saloon to put Tony’s East Side Smothered D**o to the test.
Now that’s a serious test.
He’s eaten D**o sandwiches all over St. Paul’s East Side and West Side, so he knows the real thing when he tastes it.
After the first bite, he looked down the bar, got Tony’s attention and with a big smile, gave him a BIG thumbs up, and said:
“That’s amazing.”
That’s when you know you’ve got the right stuff.
If a lifelong West Sider approves of an East Sider’s D**o, that’s about as high a compliment as you can get.
