From our own apples to our neighbors honey we use all the local ingredients we can get! Stop by our tasting room to try flight boards and pints of our ciders, specialty cocktails made with Orange County Distillery products or some of our favorite NY craft beer and NY wine. We offer small plate snacks and host local food trucks as well. We are strictly a 21 and over venue, thank you for your understanding.

Back to the peaches. We’re not taking them for granted. These are the sweet and juicy little stone fruit that stared down April’s deep freeze and decided they weren’t done yet. A little grit and here we are.

The 3rd Annual Honor Flight Veterans Fest lands at Pennings Cidery this Saturday, June 6, from 12–8 PM.

It’s a day to gather, celebrate, and show gratitude for the veterans who have served our country, while supporting the incredible mission of Honor Flight, helping veterans visit the memorials built in their honor.

Behind the scenes in the Cidery pizza kitchen, Wednesdays smell a lot like sourdough. 🍞

While most people are thinking about the weekend, Michaela is mixing, folding, and prepping her sourdough for Thursday's bake. You might know her from behind the bar or serving tables around the farm, but she's also studied Nutrition & Wellness and happens to have a serious talent for sourdough baking.

Every Thursday, her fresh-baked loaves hit the shelves down below at Pennings Farm Market. And if you've tried to grab a loaf before, you already know: they don't stay on the shelves long.
