Warsaw Brewery LLC Constructed originally as a brewery in the late 1800’s. We are a seasonal restaurant and bar, open the first weekend in April through last Sunday in November.

Good morning, everyone! I am informing everyone that today, Wednesday, May 27, will be my final fried chicken buffet night. As stated in a previous post two weeks ago, pocketing chicken from my buffet would not be tolerated, and after wasting hours of my time watching cameras and seeing it continue to happen, I'm done. Good evening everyone, Today was a remarkable day for our small town business, and I'm extremely proud of my team for their exceptional performance. The events that transpired today are better captured in person than in pictures. I'd like to extend my gratitude to the side-by-side riders and all others who demonstrated their ongoing support for Warsaw Brewery. Despite the challenges we faced throughout the day, I'm delighted with my crew's professionalism. We will be closed on May 25 to allow our staff to participate in Memorial Day events.

What an absolutely amazing day, being able to step away from my usual work routine and watch my son's graduation. Congratulations, son, on all you have accomplished and become! Also, congratulations to Zane, not just an employee here at the Warsaw Brewery but like family. Warsaw Brewery sends out a big congratulations to the entire 2026 graduation class. I would like to send out a big thank you to all of my staff for keeping this train on the tracks to allow me to step away for such a special day!

This evening, I would like to notify you that our pizzeria will be closed for pizza service this Sunday, May 17th. Due to a previously scheduled family commitment, specifically attending a significant milestone, my son's senior graduation, our dining area will operate on regular hours, serving our full menu from 11am to 5pm. For your convenience, the main bar will remain open until 7pm. We value your patronage and appreciate your understanding, wishing you a wonderful weekend.

Good evening, everyone. I'd like to clarify that the Warsaw Brewery is a privately-owned business, not a corporation with unlimited financial resources. I work diligently seven days a week, often exceeding 40 weeks without respite. My motivation stems from a passion for my work, and I take pride in providing employment opportunities, such as our $13 Wednesday night fried chicken buffet with multiple hot and cold sides. Nevertheless, I would like to remind our valued patrons that theft of food or packaging it in ziplock bags will result in the termination of your patronage. If this behavior persists, I will be forced to reconsider offering this service.
