You even get graham cracker sprinkles & an apple garnish on top.

Garnishes are purposeful with some of our lattes and teas, as what sets us apart from traditional coffee houses is that we are also a cocktail house.

And a wine bar.

With real good craft beer.

✨What a Night ✨

Per usual, I was running around like a chicken with my head cut off (gawd, I sound like my mom), and I didn’t get as many as I’d like.

Reflecting back on photos, it’s so crazy what can change in just six years.

A few poignant photos from the journey:

✨ An underdeveloped, grassy mud-pit of a patio when I opened Evolet Eve August. 7th, 2020.

✨ Then what it transformed into: Our current Cozy AF patio.

✨ November 20th 2020, me in front of my entrance, in a tutu with a cupcake & glass of wine in hand, because why not? I was a tad maniacal, as it was the second shutdown that night.

✨ Then what that main entrance turned into: Me holding my daughter Cora, the one who inspires me the most, as I embark on the grand opening of the coffee house addition June. 6th, 2025.

I would love nothing more than for all of you amazing supporters of this place I created to come celebrate my six years in business tomorrow!

My favorite wine vendors will be here pouring samples of wine.

My amazing staff, ready to serve, who put in their all & add so much more to my business than I can, because this place isn’t running by just me alone.

And as always, you’ll enjoy the best ambience and libations Warrenville has to offer.

I hope to celebrate with you tomorrow!!

Evolet Eve officially opened in the trenches of COVID, August. 7th 2020

Cora Coffee addition officially opened five years later, June. 6th 2025

It’s been a wild ride, y’all.

And one worth celebrating!

Me and my amazing staff would love nothing more than all our supporters partying with us ALL DAY on September. 11th!

Whether you want to swing by and get your favorite Cora Coffee libation -OR- join us in the evening, chilling on the COZY AF Patio, with your favorite Evolet Eve libation, we want to SEE you.

As always, from 5-9pm, the lounge will be transformed into a tasting room, with my favorite wine people, pouring samples of some damn good grape juice: wine.

As always, Wine Slayer Wine Club members get VIP status.
