Great meeting of the Wareham Chapter of Networking Group USA LLC. We shared several ideas, and heard from our spotlight speaker, Attorney Peter Teitelbaum of Wareham. He spoke about the importance of learning the process of getting land use permitting taken care of properly - he is THE person to speak with if you have a zoning or land use issue!

Our educational moment was given by Tiffany Jewers of Salt and Light OBM. Tiffany spoke about the importance of both business planning AND following up regularly to determine your progress towards the measurable goals.

Our next meeting is on October 28, at the Gleason Family YMCA in Wareham. We meet from 8:15 to 9:30, and we welcome visitors.

Hump Day - the 4th Wednesday of September means at least one thing - our meeting of our networking group! We had a great meeting today.

Our featured speaker was Jason Harris of Coach FitproJ Harris. Jason spoke about the importance of having a discussion - if you are a real estate professional or small business entrepreneur who is interested in improving your health, have a discussion - Jason can help!

Our educational moment was presented by Homes With Dina Nichols, where Dina Driscoll Nichols spoke about the importance of asking questions - getting more information to make sure you are addressing the clients' needs.

Our next meeting will be October 14th, and we are really excited about having Attorney Peter Teitelbaum as our spotlight speaker. Peter has served clients in the area for decades! Visitors are always welcome - we meet at the Gleason Family YMCA from 8:15 to 9:30. Hope to see you then!

What does your schedule look like tomorrow morning? If you are running a business and would like to network with about a dozen other local professionals, please consider joining us.

We meet on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month from 8:15 to 9:30 at the Gleason Family YMCA to share thoughts and ideas on improving client service, as well as highlighting one of our members.

WOW - we completed our regular meeting of this Networking Group, and we had a great session. Quick recap - Apryl R, Hair and Make-up led our educational moment with a quick summary of the important aspects of networking - including "plan to give more than you get". SO true, and we're fortunate that our group does just that!

Then our spotlight speaker, Nancy Sherman of Nancy Sherman Florist at A Wareham Florist, gave us a presentation about her background and most importantly, her decades-long commitment to serving and supporting the community. This included her "Teacher Appreciation Program", several local charitable efforts, a Women's Support Group, and much more! Nancy is truly "giving more than she gets".

And, an alert - be VERY careful about buying floral arrangements online, as they typically use fancy ads to attract you, then they will take 40-70% of the price as profit and squeeze local floral shops - the ones who are actually providing the products!

GREAT meeting today (4th Wednesday of the Month). Over a dozen local business professionals gathered at the Gleason Family YMCA to share guidance on client needs, and special offerings we can provide.

We welcomed Jason Harris. Jason is the "Fittest Commercial Real Estate Agent" on the South Shore. Jason also is a fitness coach - helping connect people and providing a healthy physical and mental lifestyle. (More to come later!)

Our featured speaker was Marcus Montiero of ZER0 Systems, who spoke about Internet Service Providers, and some options to improve service at a lower fee. Reach out to Marcus for any info on this, or other "tech issues" in your business or at home.

Danielle McDonnell of T.M. Ryder Insurance Agency Inc. gave our "Educational Moment", reminding all of us to make sure we highlight what our "specialty" is - not our product or service, but what makes us stand out from our competitors! A great tip for all.

Because we meet on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month, there are less than a dozen meetings until 2027 - time flies! In just one hour, a group of local business professionals will gather at the Gleason Family YMCA to discuss strategies for improving client relations, share needs that clients have, and learn about innovations in cybertechnology from our featured speaker, Marcus of ZER0 Systems.

2nd Wednesday of the month meant a few things - including our meeting! The local professionals gathered and shared insights about business, shared client satisfaction tips, and gathered information about upcoming events.

Our featured speaker was Adriana Gonzalez of Rockland Trust. Adriana shared how Rockland Trust has been an exciting place to work at due to their strategy focused on client satisfaction. From warmly greeting customers, to assisting them with their banking needs, providing free Notary services, to helping people with preventing being the victim of fraud. (If you have a senior in your family, PLEASE alert them of the dangers of fraud - seniors are frequently victims, BUT anyone can be a victim!

Geoff Worrell NMLS ID #12394 - Northpoint Mortgage had the Education Moment and talked about the importance of knowing your customer - not just their account/business, but understanding their needs and interests - steps that will enable you to serve them better.
