With delicious burgers, shareable appetizers and tapas, flavorful entrées & paellas, and signature craft cocktails, there is something for everyone. In 2014, Austin Flores and his wife, Danielle, started Flores Food Truck & Catering. With each event and customer interaction, their goal was to Feed a Soul, Fill a Heart. They experienced firsthand how food uniquely brought people together and how a single meal could change a life. During one of the toughest years in the industry, their dream to Feed a Soul, Fill a Heart was realized in a bigger way than they could have ever imagined. They had the unique opportunity to cook and distribute meals for first responders, hospital staff, students & families in need, and those in homeless shelters. The community came together to donate supplies, ingredients, and essentials for the food trucks to prepare and distribute to others in the community. In April of 2021, they opened their first restaurant, Flores Restaurant & Bar, located in Wappingers Falls in Hannoush Plaza. We are excited to bring a taste of Spain to the Hudson Valley, with exquisite tapas, shareable paellas and entrées, & signature craft cocktails! Our menu is distinctly unique, capturing flavors from the many travels of Executive Chef Austin Flores, and is always made with heart.
